ICADA set up the ICADA EXPO as a quick resumption of lively and truly interactive sales talks as

  • Permanent exhibition online for a continuous flow of visitors (industry, trade, consumers …)
  • Framework for specialized exhibitions for heavily attended events with key topics (natural cosmetics, institute, raw materials, suppliers days…) for industry experts on teh event topics

ICADA offers member companies at ICADA EXPO:

  • free stand space
  • prefabricated free stands with standard structure and standard exquipemnet for information-media hospot, Chat hostspots and face-to face video communication on each stand (example: ICADA stand A2 Entrance in front right side)

The member companies can reserve stands and only pay between 200 and 500 EUR for the individualization of the standard stand structures with company equipment depending on the effort.

For this relatively low cost, you have a fully functional exhibition stand with

In addition, the designer team (contact person Ms. Skanta, (skanta@skantadesign.de, list of other designers on request from ICADA) offers the production of very individual stands according to the specifications of the exhibiting company. It is also possible to have stands from your company designers or even to put your usual, own stand at the fair (model in the program format „Blender“ or FBX file, approx. EUR 400 setup fee per stand plus VAT))

You can also bring the usual company team members up to date as a person scan (installation approx. 80 EUR / person plus VAT) The person scan can be made and delivered to a scanning company in your area (list on request at ICADA) .

Company information point: When you click on the hotspot it appears: the company profile + contact details / presentation of the stand personnel appears

Information point on the brochure stand: When you click on the hotspot it appears: product information / brochures / company profile, product information, company data, contact details, flyers, specifications, sample requirements, product data …

Without recognizable logos on the stand you would have to describe the exact location of your undecorated standard stand to visitors in order to be found. Orderable customization work of the neutral standard stand construction with individual company identification (poster, logo, company name, info hotspot, face-to-face-talk-hotspot …) costs 200 – 500 EUR plus VAT depending of the infrastructure. To use the function you only need to create an additional website with the extension / talk (www.domaine name.de / talk) on your domain and an email address there (ideally Googlemail, because as a Googlemail user you can use the face-to-face speech function directly without an additional app

2) Facetime video chat via Whats App: When you click the hotspot, the message „Please dial the telephone number of the stand operator telephone number via Whats App. A face-to-face conversation is immediately established. Group conversation possible „

To use the function, you only need to set up an additional website with the extension / talk (www.Domainename.de / talk) on your domain and store your mobile phone number there, which you use for the WhatsApp messenger service. You can immediately use the face-to-face chat function without any additional effort)

3) Written chat: When you click on the hotspot, the message „Please dial the telephone number of the stand operator telephone number via Whats App. A chat is immediately established. Group conversation possible“

4) Telephone chat: When you click on the hotspot, the message „Please dial the booth operator’s telephone number“ appears

The stand area and the stand construction basic element are free for ICADA members (membership 860 EUR for 12 months). The order of each additional element costs the price given below plus VAT per element. With 315 EUR you already have a fully functional stand consisting of a company presentation, company logo and video chat with stand visitors.
